The brand La Burgery was created by Hari and his son Himan who is the managing director of ARC Hospitality Consulting Group and this restaurant is one of its kind in Boxhill.
Our passion for food started with our first restaurant project nearly 15 years ago in Camberwell. Since our company has established various restaurants and serving quality local food has been our top priority. Hari has been in hospitality business since 25 years and Himan moved to Melbourne 7 years ago after working with celebrity chefs in London and managing few top 5star hotels of London.
Himan noticed the growing demand for healthy burgers and takeaway food and realised that we were the right people to meet that need. We have the skills and passion to create healthy and great tasting food so we decided to add another restaurant under our company umbrella.
Our vision is to provide all La Burgery diners a world class burger dining experience.
The ingredients for the menu served at La Burgery are sourced fresh and from our local suppliers in Boxhill.
We use sourdough made by Laparisienne Bakery. The bread is baked and delivered fresh daily. We also use gluten-free buns made by Laparisienne Bakery. For the calorie and carb conscious, we can also serve our naked burgers.
Our meat is from butchers in Geelong, they have a reputation for supplying hormone and chemical free meat from Geelong, delivered fresh daily. Our beef patties are prepared ourselves with a standard recipe so that you always enjoy the delicious burger the same way you enjoyed the last time. Our meat is always fresh, not frozen, no preservatives, no hormones and is fat free.
We use free range chicken and organic beef chuck and make our own crumbed chicken prepared on premised with decade old recipe.
All ingredients are locally sourced and the vegetables are bought by adams organic grocery.
